Civil litigation.

Civil disputes in South Australian courts. Theodosi Cotsaris has led litigation for people and companies.

The work.

Litigation is our dispute practice: a claim, a defence, or a matter that has already been filed. Theodosi has led litigation for individual and corporate clients. The same office does the commercial and property work the dispute often comes from.

A first conversation should sort out limitation dates, what has been filed, and whether negotiation is still open. Ask how the matter will be charged before anything is filed or defended.

Fees, before you begin.

We do not publish a fixed fee for this work. Fees are set out up front, before the file is opened, so ask for the estimate in the first conversation.

Fees and eligibility can change. Confirm them with us before relying on them.
